Yeah i consider myself the best of the best, Some people call me an expert... Oh well, the best lift i've done is lift my body to the couch and sat down... Oh it was a rough and hard road but i had to follow through it.
Yeah I do! Id consider myself an intermediate lifter. In case you happen to givea fk current stats and best lifts are: 5´7, 187lbs Squat: 425x1 DL: 565x1 (like 1 year ago, now I can do around 515x1 on a good day lol) Bench: 305x1 How bout you?
I used to do powerlifting for fun for like 3 years, but recently I got inflammation on my lower back so I'm forced to stop until this crap heals. Not because of my technique actually but because of my fatass sedentary lifestyle. Or at least that's what the doctor told me. That's what happens when you sit in front of the computer screen for 12+ hours for years and the only activity you are doing is lifting some weights 3 times a week and getting from your room to the kitchen. Zero movement, zero walking, zero everything. The sad part is, I will be living like this my entire life due to my occupation. Well, at least it's getting better now. Don't do it. (Not the powerlifting, the fatass lifestyle)
Wow that's a good number. I'm currently preparing for my 1st meet in a week. Under 148 lbs (67.5kg) Squat: 375 (170kg) Bench: 248 (112.5kg) Deadlift: 463 (210kg) My bench is very weak
Nice man, you are really strong for your weight class. Ive always had a decent bench because of my relatively short arms. Strangely, my deadlift is pretty decent aswell. If I could reccomend something to bring up bench is to train it more frequently. Dunno your current setup but Id say to hit it at least 2x week, 3 is even better though. Also GL on your meet, hope you crush it!
Thanks man! my current bench is 6x a week with low volume. mon, wed, and fri RPE 9 1 rep then drop set. the rest of the days is just light weight volume. but 1 week out im just doing openers right now.
