Sorry, I just realised this thread was outdated. We will need you to trace route to 185.125.230.137 instead of mapleroyals.co. Also if you can use winMTR would be better, as it is faster and more detailed, if you can't then cmd.exe is fine too.
There is some very strange network routing going on here which is likely the problem. hop 10 is Rostelecom (Russia) hop 11 is SingTel (Singapore) hop 10 is Rostelecom (Russia) hop 12 is SingTel (Singapore) hop 13 is Rostelecom (Russia) hop 14 is MapleRoyals But as for how to fix it... I'm not sure, it's likely a temporary issue out of our control. Either a problem with SingTel or Rostelcom. You could check with your ISP to see if there are any currently known issues, or wait to see if it fixes itself later. We are also doing a server check in a couple of hours, but I don't think that will make any difference, but you could check after that as well.
Disconnects for me are in between immediate upon login to 30 minutes average. At most I can play 1 1/2 before having to relog due to unable to connect to server, please try again error msg.

I disconnect in the following scenarios. - When I talk to a NPC - When I trade someone - When I open the Menu by pressing ESC - When I change the channel (usually) - When I open any popup window (inventory, stat etc anything else.), with a random probability Only a few days ago, I disconnected 81 times in a row while opening 81 gachapon tickets. I also disconnected with 100% rate when trying to enter the cave of life (talking to cornian npc). I found a way around by double clicking on the npc while standing on a higher platform, instead of falling to the bottom platform to trigger the NPC chat. However, I still dced pretty soon after entering the cave. I tried using the vmware program, downloaded the game about 20 times and reinstalled it, but the problem didn't solve. Please help me. I don't want to stop playing royals. T_T
We just solved this issue. She was getting [Error 5: access is denied] whenever she used a gachapon ticket. We first thought it's anti-virus related but it wasn't. She had a red ribbon pet equip which she equipped on her previous kitty pet. Over time, She changed her main pet to a lamb but forgot to unequip the red ribbon. Now the red ribbon stayed equipped but with a red shade indicating that it won't be functioning properly. That ribbon caused the error and disconnections whenever she triggered a specific NPC or other popup windows.
