Hello, when i launch the game i get this message, Error code -2147467259 I've tried your solutions. Drivers are up do date, antivirus turned off, nothing runs at the background, 59hz.. Tried everything. Please help me.
Im not sure what all the solutions you have tried are - if you tried more than those you listed, so I'll just ask you a few: what windows are you using and is it on a mac? did your graphics driver update when you tried or was it already updated you say you tried 59 hz, but did you try 60? have you tried simply reinstalling the game?
windows 7, i downloaded the driver from nvidia website and installed it. i tried both- 59 and 60. reinstalled- nothing changes.
do you have more than one monitor? if so, did you try out both/all? also, if you havent already, try troubleshoot the program and pick "try recommended settings"
Hello I also am having this problem but it will run for me on the 640x 480 option. I, however can't seem to change my screen refresh rate as it won't stay( currently on 59). Perhaps your having the same issue that the refresh rate won't stay? Using windows 10 though with window 7 compatibility and 8 bit color. Also I have tried reinstalling twice and redownloading twice while my anti- virus was off and firewall as well.
