I found out that if you party with one more person around your level while grinding at mp3, you both get the full amount of exp instead of it being split into half. Can I be banned if I use this? I would like a GM to reply, to be sure its fine.. IGN: Shakshuka

Well I would personally say that it is ridiculous to force people to avoid grinding on higher lvl mobs with their friends. I dont think players should be held responsible for this kind of a malfunction. If their intention is to ban people for simply grinding together as they would normally do then they really should just shut the server down and fix the problem. Its such a major malfunction, cannot expect players to rearrange their whole training schema because of their misstakes. Punishing people who uses it to sell leech is understandable, but I would like "conventional leech" to be punishable aswell, I see it as somewhat of a dubble standard and I feel like it leads to confusion for the people who do not sit down and read the rules.
While that thread is relevant, @Sila said in another one that partying with others and actively participating in killing is perfectly fine. It's wrong when you intentionally abuse said bug by selling leech or advertising that you are making parties to go and abuse this bug.
The difference is in the word exploit. Exploit generally means to take advantage of it, and we don't ban anyone just because they happen to accidentally benefit from a glitch while trying to party normally. If you and a level 50 cleric are both grinding together at mp3, there's nothing wrong there. If you're level 45 and a level 50 is selling you leech at mp3 knowing that you aren't supposed to get full exp but they're selling you leech based on the premise that you will get more exp than you should, that's exploiting it, and that is bannable. You are free to party normally and to play the game like you otherwise would. The line gets drawn when someone tries to take advantage of it on purpose to gain an edge over another player. Also, this will be fixed with the next SC anyway.
