Remove the fm button was a great idea,also i think that putting it back will be a serious mistake. not only does this damn button hurt nostalgia, it also gives an advantage to other players who do their own buffs every half minute in the fm which is dumb and unfair in my opinion.

 

Disable skills in the FM. Tada.
That way we maintain the social aspect and prevent people doing FM buff runs.

Someone already explained it, but walking back to your training spot after going to the fm is a chore. Especially if it is the Oblivion maps or the crimsonwood keep halls. I've been playing private servers since 2012 and the fm button was one of the best additions. Also being able to skip boat rides is just amazing. I already did that enough back in the day and I don't want to go back. I enjoy maple for the social aspects and hard lvling paying off. Not walking. Also speaking of nostalgia we might as well delete ulu and ToT.

I understand that but this is not about the ship, it's all about the fm only which is found in almost every city and i am definitely agree with you about the walking which
takes time but in practice it's not as critical as you are showing friends, it does not take more than 20 seconds to get there with return scrolls and even if you grinding and want to stay on the same spot ,it should not take so long to return to the same map anyways.the matter was decided by management and apparently they had a good thought behind it.

TLDR: Server has become more strict and community doesn't feel the same, so i moved to another server and enjoyed it a lot more.

Can't believe i even need to say this, but this is just my experience, obviously its different for everyone.

The server isn't dead, however it has become a lot more strict, not that this is a bad thing mind you, i just prefered the other way. Banghero for example, got banned for posting a joke application, and while it was temporary, it still shows how much it has changed over the years. all my good friends, left. and i have no will to train anymore, despite putting so much time into my character. (easily over 500 hours) the social aspect feels dead to me, though i think that's mainly due to the fact that all my (good) friends left. i don't find people in random maps like i used to anymore, and i have been playing off and on the past few months. it just... it really doesn't feel the same. i switched to another server, not because royals is dead, but i think the community is better. you have GMs doing events, buffing, if someone megas at a GM the GM will jokingly respond, or if you even whisper them! Its fun to watch the madness unfold, and that simply isn't here. This server a dead in my heart.

 

its because you chose to not love it anymore and follow to a cheap propoganda on youtube and elsewhere.you'll never find team like you have here, in life.just the best team ever.

While I can't entirely disagree with you, because there have definitely been changes, I personally feel like we are slowly creeping back towards the old days. Doing events however is tough with the little amount of commands we've got working at the moment. I'd personally like to do more of them as well. On top of that, buffing people with broken GM buffs would be pointless .

Feedback like yours is important though. Don't worry, we listen.

 

When is HT and merchants going to be fixed?

 

The buffs aren't broken(Figured out what you meant, oops), its haste +20 attack and +20 magic attack, hyper body and hs... its an incentive to train, as its a 30 minute buff. for me personally, that gives me extra motivation, so i don't see it as a bad thing(You can also ignore the buff, and not goto FM to get it). Giving more to the player at random makes you want to train more, to get more of that random element. that's why looting and looking for that perfect scroll or equipment, is really important to a lot of players. and in royals you can just sell AP resets, then buy them from the FM(scrolls equips etc). in that other server, you have to grind to get your meso, and for me it feels rewarding... i know there is the whole "ironbody" thing, and that's awesome... but i want to feel like its something i HAVE to do to win, not "I'm crippling myself just to get a sense of looting" Thank you for not censoring me. besides the server that i mentioned that got edited out for whatever reason

 

The team is good, but not perfect, i was only stating my opinion on those flaws. Can't tell if your joking or not though, so i'm deciding to take it seriously.

 

He meant that our GM buffs are broken... As in, there's no point in us trying to give out a GM buff because it doesnt work. Like, nothing happens. Literally. Animation plays, that's it.
It's pretty hard to do events when we have to warp every single player who whispers us into the event and then out of it. Without any way to stun, seduce, or even put a timer on the map. We've done a couple events and it's really difficult.

I know some know people from the place you are talking about and they dont tell me anything good about his team,obsessive management,jealousy,a lot of disrespect ,a person who mentions the word "royals" gets ban (and yea ,0 tolerance about different opinions) and in contrast,just look how sila and dustin just responding with love and affection and received your position as well even that you was talking about something controversial.Forget about your's nonsense, you make an huge mistake but I'll let you do it because only the mistakes are learned.

You could come in the position of "I see fit this way and I would like to happen so and so.." but you come up with the claim that "they are not right so i retired to another server without asking, without inquiring, without investigating or delving into the subject." It's not interesting at all, and it's not a professional argument. This is a furious argument.

 

holy shit dude, your not even understanding the point, royals was down for so long that i switched to another server, and i tried to get back into royals, but it did not feel the same, and it even felt better then royals, therefore i changed servers permanently. i have seen a lot of the points made, and i have come to the conclusion that i no longer want to play in this server anymore, its not hard to understand. In the other server, they are a lot more tolerable, add new content quite quickly, interact with the community a lot more, thus making me feel more accepted and it feels like WAY more nostalgic then here, again... THIS IS MY OPINION, it is no way fact.
