Solved [Solution Given] Need help I can't log in

Can any GM help me solve this problem? I can't log in the game.

I see, there is nothing we can do to unstuck your account at the moment, this is usually being fixed by it self after few hours

just try to log into another account that's not the stuck one, that usually helps me
