Closed Mistakely NPC my knuckle at CC 8 FM after i mega

Problem: Mistakely Npced this knuckle at CC8 FM NPC albert
Details: After i item mega this item ,was trying to sell .After that i npc some junk item. when i trying 2nd time mega i found out my junk item still there but my knuckle was gone , just around 2min.
hopefully there are ways to help me retrieve it.
i had tried ~buyback

i was trying to npc my pyrope bow due to fail 3 scroll and 4 slot

 

There is no way for us to retrieve items you sold.

 

but i did provide all the information.. description.. can i have some compensation ? half of it? maybe just a clean pyrope knuckle?

You just have to admit that it's your mistake for not checking properly before you NPC, because the ~buyback command wasn't in the game for the past 6 months.
How does you accidentally NPCing your item have to do with the server rollback? In your original post, you did not link it to the rollback. So please, as much as it sucks to lose your items, don't try to find fault at something irrelevant just to make a point, because it's not working.

Just to add on, ~buyback will not be fixed so soon as there are higher priority contents to be taken care of. Practice precaution the next time you NPC items because we also do not have NPC logs at the moment.

 

if server didnt rollback , the knuckle will get scrolled and sold ?and i dun need to do it again?

yeah i do admit it 80% my fault, and do pls make it better ?

i do believe that this is not the only case in mistakenly npc item.
can at least do something to enchants player gaming experience ?
when the server got crash we player had to bear with u guy
when the player got mistaken?

Your complaining about your NPC'd item isn't going to get you anywhere. Original maplestory, if you NPC'd your items, you were out of luck. At least we had a ~buyback command, and we do plan on implementing it again in the future. It's just not a priority right now. Next time put your important items at the top of your inventory and NPC from the bottom up.

We only refund players when it's a server glitch or error that causes the issue. Not when it's the player's fault.
