A honest feedback about this whole rollback thing.

You can have a good connection with your ISP, but your connection with other people may not be as good ( A --> B -x-> C) If it's not secured the same way, if there's hardware problems like Sila said, the programs you use for work may be properly formatted/driver'd, and not for Royals.

Without specific info about your setup, your connection stats, your ISP, etc, there's not much that can be said.

This guys is right though. Occam's razor at it's finest. There may be things you can do from your end to fix the issue, or you might have to accept the limitations you have with playing (if a bunch of people bossing is an issue, but training isn't, maybe you should look into leveling and duo'ing instead of a 6-12 person boss run.)

 

I will say before and I will say it again,
My income, in fact, MY WHOLE LIFE depends on connection with other people. Literally. Just having good ISP connection is not enough here, sorry to say. I have to be connected all the time to many, many places and get fresh info every millisecond or so. Yet, I never "DC" or "can't keep up with the server" there, even though the data flow is much more intense than a 2d game from 2004. Like I've said, it's complicated to explain but you probably got the picture. It is not that I'm just sitting there and go "hey! my connection is wonderful!" without doing nothing and just looking at it. If my internet was so bad, I would be broke long time ago and broke people have no time playing anything. Trust me on this one, it is NOT my issue. I can give you my word for that. Maybe one of the few who actually can.

I don't even care about boss runs. Besides, my main (sair) in lvl 72 anyway. I just want to buy myself a zhelm already. I'm playing mostly for scrolling, merching and getting nice gear. I will be bossing much later anyway. We can agree that being a noob without a zhelm is weird af, especially when the rest of your equips are pretty decent. Many people don't have a zhelm now because of the same issues by the way.

How can you seriously say that when you see the smegas with your own eyes? Come on, this is getting unreasonable. Now you are just making things up. Everyone and their dog is DCing in FM and cake, every day. It's a fact. Smegas are just the tip of the iceberg.

I might be wrong though because I don't have a zhelm yet, I will give the JQ a shot some day and will see for myself but I highly doubt the problem will magically disappear judging by logic and not by "feelings". I will most likely dc in the middle of it and since my JQ skills are equivalent to a monkey on crack, I will probably give up on this after a couple of DCs.

Well, now when you are saying that it's different. I thought it is more time consuming since they haven't been released yet and some GM in the shoutbox said that Kevin is working for a way to buy them from CS or something like that (not sure about this one, have a weak memory of something like that). If it really took the staff/Kevin that little maybe I am on the wrong side here.

Well, I guess I will just wait for it all to be done and let you do your job because honestly, you are doing better than I thought. Like I've said, I see no competition for us, we are #1 for a reason.

The coupons themselves weren't hard for Kevin to implement, the rest is all relating to how NPCs and such handle cash shop items. Which is something we need for events and other things anyway so with him focusing on this, it's helping us in the long run. A lot of things tie in together even if it may not seem like it on the surface.
