I was trading between me and my mule when for some reason after I had hit accept on both clients, the trade didn't happen. It hung there. I decided to hit cancel and the items dissipated into nothing. Neither character has the items. I don't have a screenshot of the trade, just the aftermath. You can see I'm missing the 1 glaze and blaze capsule on my outlaw, yet the other character did not receive it. I also lost some crap scrolls, but I don't really care about that. I didn't lose too much, but I could see this bug seriously causing someone some hurt.
