IGN: RitaQiu Problem: Almost all my data disappear!!! Details: I have a lv.92 Mage (Fire/Poison). Yesterday is normal but i can't vote for NX points, it says i don't have lv.15 or above character in my account. And things even getting worse! When I logged in my account today and i found that my character turn into a lv.9 Magician. All of my items, NX points, quest records etc. disappeared...... Please please please help me asap T______T thanks you so much. p.s. other character's data in this account also disappears too
Our records show that going back even a month ago that character was still level 9. Do you have any proof that that character ever being past level 9? Any screenshots?
Hello Sila, I don't have any screenshot... I built his character around one year ago and trained it to lv.91. Then I haven't played this game until two days ago, I solved many quest and level up to lv.92. But when I log in today it becomes lv.9. I played with my friend whose ID is Faaar, could you find my data from him? We do party quest together before, hope it would proof... Thank you Sooo much!!
Our database going back to March shows that character has never been above level 9. Are you sure you're logging into the right account? Are you saying that: You made the character a year ago from level 9 to 91 Two days ago you leveled to 92 And now today you're level 9? OR are you trying to say you made the character to level 9 a year ago And two days ago you leveled it to 92? Because if it's the second, there was a rollback: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/emergency-server-check-rollback-14-06-2017.93283/ That would mean any progress from Sunday the 11th to Wednesday the 14th is gone.
I trained it to lv.91 a year ago. That will be great!! Using chinese would be easier for me Thank you!

I'm confused, so you are asking for RitaQiu, not RitaChiu, am I right? For RitaQiu, is it your level 92 FP? So is everything okay now?
RitaChiu is a lvl 92 character, RitaQiu is lvl 9. I think you've just logged in to the wrong account and got confused about it, as non of your character's data has been lost.

That's what happens when you have 2 characters with almost identical names on two accounts. Nevertheless, glad it's solved.
