If you're making a fp mage don't bother with godly gear since you will be able to 1h everything at lvl 150 with around 1b in gear and meteor 30. Alternatively, if you only want to farm low lvl maps such as ulu 2 then you will be able to 1h at lvl 130 with nothing on but an underaverage unscrolled ele wand 5 and meteor 30.
