IGN: Anhur Problem: Voted but didn't get NX for the last week Details: Everytime I've went to vote this week it constantly tells me my ip has already voted. Just checked my account tonight and I still have 1k nx. Also I went on the website to log on the control panel to check my nx but wasn't able to get on( kept saying incorrect password) but Im able to get on when logging on to the game. Thanks for the help! Hoping this can be fixed asap so I can get some 2x exp.
If you can log into the game but not onto the website, then you're providing the wrong information on the website. Just tested and it's fine. As for voting, are you sharing your internet with anybody, or are you attempting to vote using mobile data? If not, can you also confirm that your home network's public IP remain static?
I'm an idiot. I forgot I changed my forum account due to donating and still need to log into my old forum account to sign in on the control panel. As for the voting... Yes I have been voting on my phone for the last 7 days... just voted on my computer and It finally went through! Thank you so much Kai now I can buy 2x exp!!!
Ohhh I did not know that at all! Both my accounts got stuck when I tried leaving the cash shop so I didn't even get to fully look for them f3. I'll have to check that out tomorrow. Thanks again for the help Kai! You've been very helpful! ^^
