Closed Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account.

    I downloaded this game. I installed this game. I tried to login but.. when i press login it will freeze... i can press other buttons but there is nothing that is working.
    The only button what is reacting is the exit button. I want to play this game.. please help me.

    I will fill in the missing parts.
    Character Name: not having yet because i cannot pass the login screen...
    Last thing you did: installed the game
    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know? im new
    Ban message when attempting to log in: no message... stucked/frozen at login screen
    What GM banned you (optional): -

    Like i said... I'm new.. and my friend told me that this is an awesome server to play with people.
    So I downloaded the game and installed and now i got this issue...

    Ik kan niet goed vinden waar ik een privebericht naar je toe moet sturen. ik zie dat je uit fryslan komt dus maak mezelf zo even duidelijk genoeg.
