Closed MAC Ban on account - Trouble logging in?

Character Name: ByeFelicia, AliyCat, jALLYbEAN, TreyThongz
Last thing you did: Cake Boss on the first character listed above 2 nights ago.
Why do you think you got banned?: I really don't know why I would be banned? I was cake bossing the way we are supposed to. I just remember a weird guy talking about disturbing stuff & I was just laughing at it?
Ban message when attempting to log in: I did not ever receive any ban message, I just get the following.. Cannot get past character selection screen...I read on forums that this may be due to a MAC ban on account.
What GM banned you (optional): I have no idea..

Also, if it helps... I use bootcamp to play MapleRoyals.

 

Were you using the same network to play on in all cases?

 

The same issue for me. But i can log in in another pc at the same network conection.

Ah sorry I don't know then. One guy said he solved the same problem by returning to playing on his original network.

 

If this is still a problem please make a ban appeal.
