Not Bug Voted and got no NX

Hello I voted About 8 hours ago and still hav'nt got any NX.. And yes I voted with my account username.

 

Mine says I voted already before I even got to the voting website on a new account.

Did you complete the FULL voting process, meaning to solve the fun captcha (rotating the animal) on GTop100 and clicking the big RED vote button afterwards and receiving the message: "Thank you for voting!"?

 

I didnt receive NX either, and im sure i did rotate the animal but not seeing the message.
It just showed that ive already voted but im sure its bugged

 

That means someone has voted using the IP you're connected on.

Im sure that my ip isnt shared and however ive tried to vote before the exact time I could do 45mins ago. And when the time's up, i clicked to vote immediately.
After rotating an animal at the first time, the message just showed i should wait for 23more hours to do so, and i failed the second, third time as well.

Possible. Happened to me before.

Call up your internet service provider and check with them on how to obtain static IP.

 

Alright then honestly im living in a elementary school and no other teacher would have voted even played royals. So there would have no one to vote at the same time.

 

There you go. Meaning someone else living in your school's playing as well.

 

No possible. Other Teachers were busy at that time, and the school computer couldnt even run a game. However this is a remoted school, i could hardly find a person who can speak english :/
