Not Bug SP Reset did not work

    I bought a 3rd Job SP reset for my priest and it did not work. IGN: Eliquis. If they don't work is there any way i could get a refund?

    How exactly is it not working? Please provide the steps to replicate it. Personally tested 3rd Job SP Reset before it was released, and it worked correctly.
