Lets talk this out Kaii. I know you're on here. i dont think i should be banned. i was having a conversation with you and you took off. Why u gotta ban me like that? i want to talk to a gm who isnt a gm intern. i want to talk to a real gm.

 

GM Interns have almost the same rights as a "real" GM, just that we cannot refund items, and have limited access to certain tools.

When I said I was heading off, I went into hide. You then said: "Cya f*g".

no i dont think i deserve to be banned. Ive seen people say way worse than what i said. And youre going to ban me because i seem to piss you off.

 

Let me get this straight; If you've seen people who say things that you think is worse than what you said to me, then feel free to report them and we'll take actions accordingly.
And no, I didn't ban you because you pissed me off, but rather, for calling me a f*g.

well i dont think its fair to ban anyone that uses bad language when there is no censor. Ive played many games where they filter the language. so when they have a censor or a filter no one uses the language, thus no one gets offended. But when there is no censorship bad language is bound to happen. I believe its a flaw. And if u ban people for using bad language when the language is allowed thats not fair. U even said that its okay to use the language when you are messing around with your friends. But you can't say it to random people. So people abuse this to get people banned just because they want to. Like really? I think its a flaw in the game. Just bring the censorship in and there wont be problems. And if you continue to have no censorship then dont ban people for offensive language. I dont think its fair at all. Because some people talk like that. And look im sorry for saying it. But i just got really mad about it too. I wasnt saying it to hurt anyone's feeling. And look, i already spent so much time playing on this character. i dont want to start over on some other server because i was having a lot of fun on this server.

 

u said that you can say the bad words with people you know. And you admitted that you didnt ban me because u were upset. you banned me because i said the word. But it wasnt offensive to you. So basically you are banning me for an invalid reason

The Ludibrium Party Quest entry map is one of these public places which is why you were banned. Your choice of words were unacceptable, censorship or not.

On a side note, your ban last for 3 days and will expire automatically despite the ban notice saying otherwise.

 

Even so, kai said that i could say it to my friends. and this is saying i cannot say it to my friends. So the GM Kai is not being clear enough about the rules then. With the there being no censorship, i assume, as a new player, that the language is tolerable. I did not know that you arent allowed to use these words because there is no censorship. Then i should be given a warning instead of an immediate ban

 

If you dont want people saying these things then why dont you guys censor these words then. that way people dont fall into these pitfall traps that you guys set up

 

I didn't admit that I didn't ban you because I was upset. I admit that I didn't ban you because you pissed me off. That's kind of two different meaning; upset and pissed off. Personally, I find it offensive that you called me a f*g. So my point stands.

I'm certain that I didn't say that you could say it to your friends. Assuming I did, I'm not your friend (for obvious reason because I don't know who you are). So by calling me a "f*g", it both goes against the rule, as well as me finding it offensive. So technically, if I'm not a GM I could report you for it (hate speech).

You agreed to have read our T&C when you registered for your account, in addition to the quote that Matty provided in his reply. In our T&C, it is stated

Like what Matty said, your choice of words were unacceptable, censorship or not. Censoring it doesn't give you more rights to use those words, by the way.
