Closed Disconnecting after character selection

    Can your other characters get into the FM fine? I don't mind moving your character but I'd prefer to find the root of the problem first.

    All my other characters are able to enter the FM just fine (entrance, and rooms). I'm not sure what's causing it though after reading other threads by other players who has a similar issue I have, and they weren't in the FM.
    I'm also being told it could be due to a bugged item I have, but that is also weird because I didn't crash after looting/acquiring anything. It was after traveling from Ulu 2 to NLC then into FM.
    As for now I guess moving my character is a possibility to test. Any ways, if there is any further information I can provide to help let me know.

    I doubt it would have to do with the map then, but for testing purposes I have moved your character to Henesys now.
    Please try to log in and report back to me if it didn't solve the issue.

    Yeah, didn't work as predicted. Thank you for helping though.
    I have a question, is it possible to pass over/refund the candles (if any) on that character onto another character on the same account? Don't want to waste it since the event is ending soon.

    That is definitely an understandable concern you have there. If we do not figure out the problem with your character very soon, I will definitely discuss the possibilities of that request with the rest of Staff and see if there's anything we can do for you.

    @Kai and @Dimitri This problem is now solved after update #36.
