Requirements to buy store from cash shop?

    I'm trying to buy a store from cash shop on a lvl 15 character. However the Buy button is gray. I have enough NX. Are there any hidden requirements that i need fulfill in order to buy a store?

    The ones at the bottom are not available yet. Only merchants (first 2) working currently

    The first 2 need what lvl seem like my lvl15 character cant purchase that

    I think you have to be over level 15. Try leveling to 16 and buying again.

    Yup! That was it. Got to 16 and then i could buy the store. Thank you! :)
