we banned you to prevent a hacker from accessing your account due to your weak account security. Please change your password at the control panel on www.royals.ms and let us know once you've done so. Then we can unban you.
How complicated is your password in your opinion? If it doesn't contain lowercase + uppercase + symbols + numbers, then it's not strong enough imo. Anyway, make sure your new password is strong, and by strong I mean with combination of those I mentioned, not things like your name/birthdate/ign/phone number.
Well.. my password contain at least one uppercase, two numbers and the rest are lowercase.. the only thing i didn't use is symbols... now i have just changed my password again with symbols too.. GM Kai, Tim, Sila or Yanir.. I tried used strong password... but I do not know why or how that hacker managed to get into my account.. Since you guys are able to track who is the hacker.. my items will surely be with them.. you may check my last time records.. like what weapon i have or transaction made by my character when you realise they are trying to hack my account.. pretty pleeaseeeeeee. I know i'll be adding workloads to you guys but.. it really meant a lot to me .. Please reconsider my appeal.. and give me a second chances.. Thank you once again GM(s).
