Do you know the character Miyabi?

 

No i dont. May i know who is that and what does he/she got to do with me being ban? I just started out on mapleroyals not long ago too.

 

How would you explain that you were playing from the same IP address as Miyabi's then?

 

I have 2 networks at home and i use vpns to torrent movies and videos. And just to clarify this, if i'm using the same IP as Miyabi i wouldnt be able to register and play already. i have been playing a week plus already... and just after i report somebody i got ban?

 

Other than your IP address, you are sharing account details with Miyabi. This indicates that you were attempting to evade your ban. Your appeal is denied and you will remain banned.

 

i feel this is pretty unreassonable and sorry what do u mean by sharing account details? I dont even share anything with anyone. You have not answer my question tho. if i was trying to ban evade why can i register and login to game and play for a week before you ridiculously ban me?

 

Why do Miyabi's accounts and your accounts have the same date of birth registered to them?

 

i believe there's people who share the same birthday and i do believe there's a concidence. I have not done anything wrong and i feel that u should consider to unban me.

 

as i said here too. i wouldnt be able to play if my ip's ban or something.

So are u saying if lets say i have almost the same as a hacker or someone else that doesnt follow the rules. i would be ban too when i did follow the rules and all? Miyabii is just a name from an anime i watch. thats all. And i have checked the forums of this user miyabi and she's just someone who made a believable claim that she account shared. i would confidently say that u can monitor my account or check that it has only been login at the IP (that was not banned) all the time. i was also about to donate to the server when this happened...

 

I'm sorry but at this time we do not believe that this is coincidence at all, just because there are too many coincidential factors involved to make it believable.
What you're telling us is that we have to believe that coincidentially the only 2 characters with the name Miyabi on this server, that happen to be registered on the same IP and have the same date of birth, have nothing to do with each other?

I'm not saying we're excluding the possibilities of your story being true, but it does seem very unlikely the way it's been presented so far.
So if you are truly innocent, I ask of you to please try your hardest to prove it, as just saying you have multiple IPs is not something we can work with I'm afraid.

 

how would u like me to prove it? Just tell me what u need. and why wasnt that ip ban in the first place? i saw on forum that miyabi was ban quite long ago. so if lets say the ip was still ban i shouldnt be able to play at all. and of course if the ip ban was lifted it isnt my fault to be able to register and play.

And of course i understand from your point of view that you may think this is too fake. but question is WHY I CAN PLAY AND REGISTER ON THAT IP? sorry for the caps but if i didnt report that guy using the N word i wouldnt face all this problems already...

how am i evading a perm ban when my ip wasnt ban and i could login? -.- and its been more than a year plus since miyabi's been ban. what does she got to do with me?

 

No gm has answered my this question but evading my question instead.
