I need be lvl 15 or more to vote?

    Hi. I am new in the server, just download it yesterday.
    I read. To vote i need be lvl 15 or more.
    I am already lvl 16 and still tells me that I can not vote and I must be lvl 15 ... am I doing something wrong?
    Help me please

    Mmm sounds to me you are using your ign in game and not your the account if you use to log in. Try putting in your id.
