Ign : PuffyPotato Hi, I logged in to my account and noticed that I was naked in the character select screen. Upon entering the game, I see that my equipments and meso were gone. Thing that I lost : Weapon - Red Craven wa 71 Top - Red Pirate Top (think was 17 luk) Bottom - Black Pirate Pants (think was 15dex) Earring - Red Heart Earrings 10dex Meso - 990+ millions Scrolls - 13x Helm for Dex 60% 2x Overall for Int 10% 3x Overall for Int 60% 1x Earring for Int 60% 3x Event Claw for Attack 100% Some Claw att 10%, and GFA 10/60% I also lost quite alot of stuff from my equipment/use/etc tab, but can't recall what they were. Mostly scrolls, chairs and such. NX has been used up by the hacker as well, I'm not sure what else is missing. Please help me recover my item if possible, I will be more than happy to help out in the process. T_T
Tried to recall some of the scrolls I had on me before I was hacked, edited the main post with the list I could recall. Also, I'm scared to do anything at all now, as I'm not sure if it will affect the admins or not (in terms of checking). Any advice on what I should do? Should I try to be online as much as I can?
As far as I am aware of, admins have to track manually your items and compare them with the inventory you had before getting hacked. At this point if I were you I wouldn't play that char so that admins work won't get more complicated

We have a backup of your inventory as of July 23. I don't know whether or not you have played since then, but would you be willing to let us roll your inventory back to how it was as of that date? Please note, your mesos would not be affected by this roll back.
Thanks so much for the update John! I have been playing my character in hopes of rebuilding it. Managed to get pretty decent items and meso within this month. Having a rollback now will not be the best thing I think, is there another way we can work around this? I'm mainly just hoping to get back my weapon, top & bottom. (Anything more will be a bonus, I'm not complaining ) Looking forward to your advice on this, thanks again!
If I roll you back, I will have to roll the entire inventory back. However, you could trade those items to a mule character so that when I roll you back, those items won't be affected. Would that work? Remember, your mesos wouldn't be touched.
Oh, so just to clarify. I trade all my stuffs to a mule (less meso) and let you rollback my inventory yup?
