Hi, I bought a 3rd job SP reset for my chief bandit, DonnieBrasco, and used it to switch a point from Assaulter to Meso Explosion. However, after I used the reset nothing was changed; I changed channels and relogged to make sure, but the skill point did not switch. Would it be possible to get any sort of refund?
Issue was replicated successfully on my side, but changing channel/relogging fixes it. Please double-check again carefully that your Assaulter has deducted 1 point, and Meso Explosion has increased 1 point.
I checked again today, but my assaulter still has 1 point in it (should be zero), and my meso explosion has not gone up. Is there any way to confirm that I'm telling the truth?
When you used the SP Reset, did you hear the "think" sound, and that the SP Reset disappeared (consumed)?
I'm not sure about the "think" sound, but it definitely was consumed. It said -1 Assaulter and +1 Meso Explosion, and I confirmed it.
