Hello so I had the chance to review the report in the forum section and I don't believe it is justified, as first of all I healed in the map to see if the the person "Kincy" is afk therefore I will be able to obtain the map, however he is there so i decided to wait and see if he comes back, then he decide to tell me to cc so I asked him whats the reason? is it he wish not to share map , or me to loot or something, I didn't get a up front explanation so I walked and killed around him a bit, when he doesn't move(maybe typing) I will Gen as is more efficient, seeing him is finding hard to express himself I stopped moving and stand there to try to speak to him, I decide to cc as no point staying here seeing he can't speak English that well, the time stamp in the post from him clearly indicated i was in that channel that map killing no more than 1 and a half min, if I wish to ks him I could stayed a lot longer and refuse to communicate at all, also I believe the screenshot was deliberately taken when I am moving, however he didn't take any during our conversation where I am stationary, if there was a video I think Kai wouldn't made the judgement he just did. Before I made the appeal I checked the report ks format just in case I accidently did break the rule of ks which needs: "You asking a person to leave as you would prefer that they didn't train there with you or loot your items, just saying: 'cc (plz)' is not accepted." and "Time stamps (using the ~servertime command) of at least two minutes apart" Kincy only showed one I think. So I was quite surprised such miscommunication and clear judgement turns out like this, I be online for a while so any reply I will get back to you very soon, since haven't killed my Krex today yet.
The reporter asked you multiple times to stop attacking as well as changing channel to which you failed to comply. The mapowner command provides a sufficient time stamp in this case. Your ban will not be overturned.
So is fine to not to comply with ks report condition in some case but not in another, well u own the game and I will swallow my pride.
You ignored both the mapowner command and the map owner's requests for 2 minutes and 7 seconds. The mapowner doesn't need a reason to tell you to stop killing and if they tell you to stop, you simply have to comply.
