I was perma banned for my second strike for vote abusing. I feel that it's not fair that I am perma banned for my second strike while others are banned for only two weeks. Even though I was aware of vote abusing, I am sure that everyone else vote abusing a second time were also aware of it as well (I dont think its possible for people to accidentally vote abuse). I am sorry for what I've done and I will assure you that I will never break any of the rules in the future. I hope you take my appeal into consideration.

No, what's not fair is that you were already banned once for vote abusing, yet you continued to do blatantly do it anyway as you've stated in your appeal. You will not be unbanned.

 

ok well I'm still confused on what makes my 2nd strike so different from others? As said from before I'm almost 100% sure that everyone else that got caught the second time was well aware of it as well as you cant' really "accidentally" vote abuse.

 

And they were permanently banned as well. Your punishment is no different.

 

Then I truly feel misguided by the terms and conditions as the second offence states that its 2 weeks. But if you perma banned everyone that vote abused for their second strike the terms and conditions should have been updated because theres no point in having a second offence at all; or at the very least there should have been a warning upon the first offence.

 

There is no point in vote abusing. The fact that you are fully aware of what you did genuinely makes me angry. You do understand I do this for free and go through a lot of trouble to catch people, right?

In my opinion, you deserve to stay permanently banned. But just like rules are rules for you, they are for me as well. So I will give you a final chance. You will be able to play again after two weeks.

Still doesn't mean I'm by any means happy with the way you are dealing with our rules.

Follow them. Don't try to reach the limit.

 

Thank you for reconsidering and I'm sorry as I realize my actions were selfish and a foolish thing to do. I truly didnt mean to cause all of this trouble, and I know how hard all of you GM's work and how much criticism you guys take from players (esp. during the severe server crashes). Thank you for taking your time and I promise I wont cause you guys any more trouble again.
