clarification on "godlys"

So on the before big bang hidden street DB its lists a maple skanda with perfect being 37 att. So does that mean on here its actually perfect at 42 att?

 

Yes, it is +5 the normal perfect skanda [37] = 42.

 

then why do people want 15m for a 37 att then? lol

 

Although the additional +5 'godly' state, it is still not easy to hunt average perfect clean items.
