I can go into shops / buildings but I can't leave. Tried moving areas on another character and it works fine, but on my other character I'm not in Amherst. Thank you
My friend had this issue, he wasn't on the latest patch and reinstalling so that he got the latest update fixed it for him.
Yea it sounds like you may have a corrupt or not up to date Maps file. Reinstall/update your game files and you should be OK. Make sure your antivirus/firewall is not enabled when doing this as it can often delete parts of or complete files.
