Multiple accounts

Hello,
Is it possible to have more than 2 accounts? correct me if im wrong, but I remember it's illegal to have more than 2 accounts.
I couldn't find any information about it in the game rules, so I ask here just for being sure (I'd like to have SI mule, if there's significance to the reason behind my question).

Yes, you can have more than one accounts! But you can only vote for one account per day.

That 2 acc rule belongs to another private server, here you can have 948484828182716958271638471538 accounts
