Banned for "Harassment"

Why do you think you got banned?: Well, basicly I was training in Party in the GS2. I was in party with UglyBish, the assassian and the Hunter. They kicked me after 20 min or around it, For no reason, and ask me to leave. I really think its wrong that they kicked me and asking me to leave right after that, altough I was the best attacker in the map for this minutes. So Thats what I claimed and then the GM came. I told her the story, She ignored it and keep asking me to leave. Before I left I wanted to talk with the guys that kicked me and Ask her how I report player in the forum , So I went in the ladder, Didn't attack, Just stand there without doing noting. She banned me for that like 3 hours after that happend, When she said "ban coming" I left cuz I realize that she wont help me. I think this ban is really wrong, I just wanted to ask her how I report a player since "UglyBish" was really rude at me and said few times "Fuck you" and stuff like that. They were 6Vs1 at me there, So I couldnt even talk. I didn't harrest anyone, I have the right to be in this map as long im not doing anything or k/s them, they didn't bought this map and its aint private one.

Why im the only one that dosent get any respond?

 

The SS never show you as part of the party to begin with. Even if you were in the party, the map belonged to Loris who can decide who they want to leave so they are not KSed. They did not want you there in the first place, so refusing to leave a map where other people are training and where they fear that KS-ing will happen as soon as the GM leaves constitutes harassment.

If you had a concern about another player, you should have first followed the GMs instructions and left the map. Then you could have used ~gm or whispered the GM you were interacting with to find out about how to report another player.

 

Thanks for the respond. Well first, im sure u guys can check somehow i was in the pt, I came there, 2 min after joined the pt. Im not that stupid to Ks them right after the Gm will leave, So i dont think this is it, right after she told " ban coming" i left the channel, so I didnt really harasset anyone.

And to the second part, Right after I left I used the -gm cmd, Around 4-5 times but no one respond, i came back to there to check if the gm still there but she gone already.

I had no clue that if I stat in the channel, on the ladder without attacking is harassment, I just tried to ask the Gm someting. Im sorry about it of thats help, altough that I still dont understand what I did wrong

When I said "ban coming" I went ahead and banned you, as I'd already asked you three times to leave the map and you didn't leave after any of my requests. You really didn't leave me with much option other than to ban you. I'm guessing you left the map while I was looking down at the chatbox typing out the details of your ban.

As John says, in future, it's better to leave the map first and then put in your own complaint if necessary.

 

But all I tried to do is asking you a question how I report someone on forums, I stopped attack and talk to them, Come on. I left the map right after you said that, I really didnt tried to Harasset anyone, Just tried to explain my side. Thats kinda unfair, I think, When its was 5vs1 Situation

 

As we said, you should have left the map and you didn't until it was too late. The ban will remain.

 

But I did left the map, come on, thats not fair. I left the map when he said ban is coming, why cant u let me go with a warning? its was a miss understanding, I tried to ask him someting

 

You had ample time to leave the map before I said "ban coming".
