Heroes 2.0 Banner credit to: @lilbittybirb Guild History Once upon a time when there weren't enough people to fill one guild on the whole server, a guild existed called Villains. When the leader of that guild decided to focus on real life and stop playing, the remnants banded together and created Heroes. Then the leader of Heroes quit a few months later and the guild faded into the darkness... until now, about three and a half years later, when I decided to revive it. Description Heroes isn't a guild for just Brandish spammers, it's for your everyday hero who just likes to go out and do whatever they feel. My goal for the guild is to create a space where people can just be themselves. That being said, I'm a low-effort kind of guy, and this guild will reflect that. If you're proving to be high maintenance, you probably won't last long here. So generally don't be rude, don't beg for things, don't abuse one another, and you'll be fine. There's a fine line between asking and begging, joking and flaming - crossing it is your ticket out! Boss Expeditions Heroes wasn't created to be a bossing guild, but let's be honest - boss runs are a huge part of Maplestory as a game, and you can be sure that we'll be doing them pretty often! Members of Heroes get privileged access to guild runs for Zakum Helmets and skillbooks, Almighty Rings from Krexel and eventually access to a participation-based rewards system for Horntail drops. Feel free to contact any of the guild leaders for information on buying drops or joining our runs! Alliance - Genesis Thanks to the new guild system being repaired, we have entered into an alliance with two guilds that was so awesome, it crashed the server. Twice. Ascension (led by @danman) and Racunamatata (led by @Dimitri) are our partners in this alliance where we host open events and help one another out. Socialization Heroes is a guild open to all Royals players, however the truth is that many of us already have our own guilds and social groups and maybe we don't want to leave those groups. If you do want to join our circle and see what we're like, you can! Ask a junior from any Genesis guild for an invite to our Discord where you'll have access to our main room. Joining us will open up more of our circles, but in any case, you can hang out with us whenever you feel. Current Leaders Spoiler: Heroes 17strike // 17storm <<Elizabeth>> Leader. Too many alts. Makes bad jokes. Will call you the wrong name a lot. Sometimes forgets own name as well. Haydee // Auror <<Jeen>> Junior. Usually farming on at least three characters at once. Can't do math unless it's counting meso gains. Commonly dead on boss runs. Only speaks Jeenglish. Butterscotch <<Stan>> Junior. Very wise and levelheaded, which makes sense since he's got a really good edumacation. Dresses up like a clown anyway though. DeadTree <<Emily>> Junior. Good at arts. Will find a way to make money in any situation. Likes noodle soup. A lot. Necesito agua. CrowdControl <<ChrisP>> Junior. Appreciates the finer jokes, like naming a Corsair after controlling crowds. He's pretty crispy though, if you get my drift. Ataroda <<Amanda>> Junior. Split personality - half the time she's French, the other half she's food. Generally very quiet. Communicates through dropping pandas. Application Conclusion Like I said, I'm kind of low-effort. So that's about all this thread is going to be. Thanks for showing an interest!
