My Friends~ I am here to post how NX sink has influence the new source, and causing the server to inflate like never before. These were the following way you can gain nx in old souce that you cant in New source 1. Bossing (Zak, Horntail, all mini bosses) gain from 50~5k nx No more NX drop from bossing, server average losing NX from boss drop is at least 5M NX per day (No more nx drop from all bosses) crashing the market like never before. There is already a lot of people making thread complaining how bad the market has been, and even with the hired merchant coming out, it doesnt seem to have make any difference. It is time for a CHANGE! Bring back the NX drop from all bosses and make Royal Great again! Anyone who agree it is time for a change !!! Please leave a message down on this thread saying "BOSS NX drop back"
Aside from the inflation of ws/cs, I believe that the ITCG changes also play a big role in this. With the new ITCG changes, it added many more unnecessary etc. items into many prime gachapon spots like NLC/Shrine. In addition, crafting for end game equips like storm caster gloves and face stompers became real tedious because you need way more ITCG items from other gachapons + you have to go to omega sector (ain't no body got time for that) hence, causing a huge inflation on those items as well... My suggestion would be to remove all those unnecessary ITCG items and revert back to the old source crafting. Edit: also we need more meso sinks, not nx sinks... Possibly selling hired merchants or fast travel tickets for mesos instead of just nx because that nx could potentially be used to gach for more ws/cs in the market? Boss nx drop back please!

At first I thought that it's a bad idea because only one tier of player bosses and collects use as cs to that extent. But the. I remember all the gear and weapons eventually trickle down to the rest of the ayers. Down with this
Is this even a priority? I feel like, as I stated in other thread, the reason prices keep raising and raising is due to the limited nx income we have now stuck at 8k daily. I suggested that implementing nx drops or other source of nx income could help lower the prices. This will also help the itc materials to go down as well. With more nexon income the logic is that there will be more gachapon on a daily basis, however I feel my suggestion was taken for granted by you know who. At this point, the though of rage quitting is seducing me as I can't pretty much do sh**. I'm capeless and shoeless and I can't chaos because there are not enough suply of this scrolls and paying 570m for this is just ridiculous. I'm sorry, I know I'm just whining and that probably there isn't much you can do. But pleaseeee Im begging you to advocate for losers like me :/ Edit: I just read the recent update notes and I'm such an idiot ouo
I am aware the content of the original post was with regards to NX drops from bosses, but in spirit of the thread's title, I am bringing up another point. To management, I was surprised and quite amazed that you decided to increase the rates of WS, chaos, and iTCG items received from Gachapon and also holding that week long 2x NX event. I never expected you would take such action at all, nevermind how promptly it was done, and I am truly glad you recognized there was an issue and implemented a possible solution. You have my respect, and I hope this is a sign that the other issues the playerbase voices are considered with a similar proactive mindset. I wanted to ask you a question. Why are you implementing more NX sinks instead of meso sinks? You are aware that the economy is unstable, particularly concerning the inflated and continuing inflation of WS and chaos. You speak of adjusting NX and Gachapon, specifically increasing the amount of NX players can expend on Gachapon to increase the circulation of Gachapon items. So why did you implement all these NX sinks? Expiring merchants, cosmetic coupons, and I assume the means of travel with Fast Travel Tickets and Teleport Rocks are all NX sinks. And the meso sinks we have are taxes, smegas and NPCs who sell things like pots, ACPS, and summoning and magic rocks. To those who say that buying WS and chaos and apples and heartstoppers are meso sinks, no, they're not. That's just transferring meso from player to player. The meso still remains in circulation. And meso is generated into the economy in massive amounts. A single hour of NPCing the equips from ulu 2 yields 60m an hour, minimum. There's no equivalent outflow of meso from the economy that I'm aware of. On this note, I distinctly recall a forum post you made Matt about how much meso had been sunk in the economy, presumably through taxes. It would be helpful I imagine to look at that figure in your internal discussions to evaluate the server's economy, assuming that you're still able to of course. On shoutbox Matt, you noted that you are aware part of the problem lies in how many affluent players there are now who are all demanding WS and chaos for their gear progression. The issue is that people have too much meso and too little NX. Converting NX sinks to meso sinks seems to me to be a step in the right direction, so I want to understand why management's direction is oriented around NX sinks instead of being oriented around taking meso out of circulation. If there is any reason other than nostalgia and being GMS like, I think it'd be pertinent to discussion to explain your train of thinking.
I'm also concern about what will happen once the 2nx event is over. We would go back to being stuck with 8k again . But this indeed is a progress and seeing this makes me so damn happy I wanna dance like 87
Well what I really like about the 2x NX event is that it allows us to gauge how certain factors of economic inflow affect the outflow, without having to implement risky changes that may drastically alter the economy. It's also a good temporary solution to offset the fact other sources of NX (boss drops) have been planned but not yet implemented. That being said, I also want to throw out there that we should all keep in mind that the game economy is not as simple as "NX sinks" and "meso sinks." Well, it actually kind of is. But honestly I can understand the Staff's hesitation in implementing new changes to the economy considering how volatile this playerbase can be sometimes. While I personally may not agree with all of the decisions that are made by the Staff, I also have seen a lot of personal attacks from players over minor inconveniences that deeply trouble me sometimes. I've been there, fam. It ain't fun. We may have a lot of ideas in our head that we think are awesome and are the magical fixes to all of this server's woes. But any potential new feature would warrant a lot of discussion and critical thought, considering the ramifications it could have for future implementation practices. What I'm trying to say is, all good things take time, friends. However, I do think transparency is always awesome, and I am definitely also interested in what the Staff are currently thinking.
