I have only seen one perfect dark nisrock completely scrolled on the server

You could easily cap at 140% speed using a White Nisrock with max thrust and event items like the (Shinny Rudolph nose + carats ring) or pet equipment. Dark Nisrock is cool tho.

 

Ahh right.. assumed Thrust was +20, but it's +30 when maxed. Pet equip is indeed already at +10. Thanks.
