Closed bahamut skill not working/upgrading

    The quest for increasing bahamut's skill level is not working. Currently the skill level is still 0 despite me completing the quest a couple times.

    The skill level does not change when you do the quest, the mastery level does.
    When you make a thread in character issues please follow the format provided.
