So I always vote on my phone on my 4G connection so my brother can use his laptop and our wifi to vote (yes we have been whitelisted a long time ago) and starting yesterday I type in my account name on the mapleroyals site and it redirects me to gtop but I cannot connect to it because it says "This site can't be reached, The connection was reset. Try checking the connection" yet I can connect to any other website flawlessly. Hopefully this can be fixed soon cuz ya boi needs some AP resets.
Also if it helps, I have tried voting on my WiFi and it worked but it prevented my brother from voting on the WiFi. I have also tried resetting my phones APNs, clearing my browser's cache and cookies and tried 4 different browsers
One of the issues people run into is when using the adblocker "uBlock" make sure you disable that when you're voting if you have that as one of your extensions.
Can you go to the gtop website not using the redirect from the mapleroyals site? Or does that not work as well.
That does not work as well, can't access gtop website at all on 4G. WiFi has no issues. And I'll say again, this problem went away over the weekend and now its back
Would it be possible for me to vote on my computer/home internet and have my brother vote on 4G? or is changing where you vote not allowed?
I have had the same problem and have lost 3 days of voting nx because of it. Mine is slightly different though, when I try to vote on my phone it says I have already voted and have to wait over 7 hours which is never the case.
It is allowed, just make sure you only vote once every 24 hours and you'll be fine. This just means someone else has voted from the same ip as you.
So I found a workaround since my brother is also unable to vote on his 4G connection. I have to use my neighbors WiFi to connect to the gtop site so I guess this works out
