Closed Voted for Nx plenty of times and never recieved any on my account

Problem: Issue: Not recieveing my nx from voting for months
Details: I have been voting throughout the months and never once received nx you can check my votes I have done it over 40 times atleast and this has happpend ever since the Gachapon tickets came back first day I spent all my nx then every day after I voted n never once got nx can u please help my get the nx ive voted for refunded I am very active player and I don't have time to make a new account just for nx when this is my main n my everything , that I work on everyday .

i don't get nx either and i'm the only one that votes in my house i tried it on my phone without the wifi even and no one will help me still
