Last thing you did: passed out drunk in my desk chair grinding at gs2 with priest
Why do you think you got banned?: For not responding to GM?
Ban message when attempting to log in: Macro/Keyboard
What GM banned you (optional): n/a

The only reason why I am writing this appeal is because i have no idea what the rules are if you are physically at the computer attacking, but mentally not there. I was grinding hard with WilsonZaii (i think thats his ign) for about 4 hours straight; being attentive, responding to him/guildies. Then about 4+ hours in I fell asleep/passed out/blacked out(?) in my desk chair with my hands on the keyboard. I only know that because I woke up in that position and then saw that I was at the login screen. I've never seen this happen to anyone in the ban appeals section before so I don't know what the regulations are for physically being present; as the rules do not say anything about not mentally being aware.

"Engage in robot play (i.e., "botting") or any other behavior that allows you (or any character you are controlling) to automatically function or effect any action in a game with or without your presence;"

I understand if you don't lift my ban, I am just really curious about what your response is to people playing Royals when they are drunk lol. And I will happily serve my 7 day ban if you decide not to lift it because my work hours just got doubled next week on top of summer school. And I will make a donation when my ban does expire in 7 days since I have been playing Royals for a long time and i'm excited for #ToTHype.

Unfortunately, if you are still executing skills or attacking or whatever, and you do not respond to a GM, we can only assume that you are not physically there and are botting. Maybe if you have a tendency to pass out when grinding you should log off before you start to pass out? Not really sure what else to tell you besides try not to let it happen again.

We will see you in 7 days' time.

In my opinion, being 'Asleep' at a computer is not really you being present at your computer. If you are present at the computer you would be able to respond. So saying you were asleep is not going to help you with the ban appeal unfortunately.

Which is completely the point I was getting at. I just wasn't sure that even though I was physically present and using my own hands to use the skills, if it still counted as "botting" in the long run even if I wasn't mentally there.
