I think most of the older players have stocked up quite a bit of cash/gachapon tix while waiting for patch updates.. so yea, quite a number of us are "older players" (2year or more)
Yup, it was totally quiet last two weeks.. I was going to give up the idea of any refunds then my guild mate saw the notice and told me abt it..! now I'm so excited!!
Well they said ': Those that have been affected will be refunded any items/mesos that have been lost.' But it's been very quiet past 2 weeks without any update from gms so, to be honest, no idea what's happening atm, I believe they gonna refund us but I feel like it will take a good few months. I just wish to get some update from admins saying that they working on it and give us some eta.
I guess 1 thing to keep in mind is that I, the admin who assisted in the first few recent hacked account threads, am no longer a member of Staff which could mean it might take a little bit of time for the next admin to pick up where I left off. I do believe all of the current hacked account threads will be refunded for though, as long as they can confirm the losses that have been claimed. I do of course want to apologize for having left before having finished this series of threads, and I do sincerely hope another admin will look into them soon.

The thing is, NX is the 2nd most liquid asset after mesos. ie: if the hacker's main is a NL, would he pick a 1b worth bow or 1b worth of NX? What is the point taking stuff that u dont need? (although u can sell it, but still an effort there)
Why not both? In the perspective of a hacker, you'd want to get everything that's valuable, not comparing two valuables and taking the one that's worth more.
Maybe the hacker has like 100b and cant be bothered to transfer that 1b from my acc. though he tooklat my gears including Hp washing ones. Im surprised its almost a month already and nothing has been done?
As impatient as I am along with you since I'm also waiting for them to get back to me on my case, I hope you're aware of this information they provided Bug Fixes: Fixed an exploit that allowed an attacker to access characters on accounts other than their own in very rare situations. Note: Those that have been affected will be refunded any items/mesos that have been lost. I'm actually referring to the first point, which means the hackers didn't have the option to choose which rich players' account they want to login to, it was by rare chance for them to access other players' characters other than their own. So if you still think 100% of the players that got hacked were all hacked by 1 player I ain't gonna argue with that
I know it isnt ALL players got hacked, if that happens this server is already dead a month ago. I am aware that they "will" refund, but when? 6 months later? even so, most of my loss are in the form of NX (900m or 1b NX). Im not sure if they can trace that back. I would be really upset if they don't refund my 1b NX.
Just to clarify, are you really saying 1b NX in one account? 1,000,000,000 / 8,000 = 125,000 days 125,000 days / 365 days = 342 years How old are you and how long have you been playing this server Edit: I thought you were legitimately saying you owned 1b NX, checked OP and saw 1mil
i think she meant 1m... but i totally understand how u feel @kisuza , since there is no any form of reply on the approx date of returning the items.. its quite worrying tbh im also one of the victim
I understand they may be busy with other stuff, or had some issue to deal with. But at least an update please? It is about a month since they gave us an update, and that was simply "affected players will be refunded"
Don't hold your breath. Previous cases were solved within a few days. This has been here for over a month and still no word. Likely you're not going to get your things back because they're not really doing anything about your problem.
