Please help. Always get disconnected :(

Hi, one of my accounts ign: p0tat0
keeps getting disconnected for no reason... be it randomly ingame, or when i log into my account.
Can any gm help? Its really annoying and when im doing pq it kicks me out ((

 

TBH , i had the same problem, if u are talking about the problem that dces u when u click on your character or change channels i would just recommend u to format your pc , i didnt find any solution for this with tim

 

not only that...i get dced randomly while grinding too
