Closed Request for NX Refund!

    IGN: Cylvestina(account of my girlfriend)
    Problem: Transformation pieces don't work.
    Details: My girlfriend bought these Transformation pieces(a set of 5 costs 2000 NX).
    But when you try to use them, nothing happens. That's why I'm asking for a refund of 6000 NX, because this is a waste of NX.
