I don't know it is only me that have this problem or not ,or it is reported already. I found this bug since i returned Mapleroyals this July 2017. There was no problem when I played in 2016. My marksman's "frozen skill" : blizzard and frostprey. These two skill can't effectively freeze the targets every time. When i was attacting non-ice-based monster,there would be three happening: (1) all targets being frozen (2) some did , the others didn't (3) all fail to be frozen This bug influences marksman player a lot, plz help!! Anyone else have same problem like me? Should I post a video?
I believe this is an error with the monsters themselves. This goes for any skill that freezes / stuns. Some monsters are simply unaffected by it. A previous patch has said they fixed this, however that's not the case. It still happens; my Paladin's Ice Charge does not freeze every time, nor does Charged Blow's stun stun every time.
