Closed Account was hacked Plz help me.

Problem: Account was hacked
Details:

Just now I logged in my account and all of my NX point had gone.

Only 2700 NX point left. I had almost 700000NX point before.

I think all of my NX point was used to buy AP reset and gave someone.

My character was also moved to WS. I think the person who hacked my account was using my character to leech himself before 24 hrs.

I have changed password . Plz GM help me find out the person who hack me .

They are working on refund don't worry, if you lost any specific items it would help if you could name them so they can track it faster.

 

I didnt lose any item&equip .
Only my NX point had been stolen that had stored more than 3 months.

We have a backup of your inventory as of July 23. I don't know whether or not you have played since then, but would you be willing to let us roll your inventory back to how it was as of that date? Please note, your mesos would not be affected by this roll back.
