I don't know whether or not you have played since then, but would you be willing to let us roll your inventory back to how it was as of that date? Please note, your mesos would not be affected by this roll back.
I will gladly have my inv roll back if it's possible on all of my characters from hacked account. There was way too many items for me to remember... best option for me nto sure about others. Edit : I just checked I got hacked on July 21 rolling back to 23 won't help much.
You're in luck, it looks like there's a backup from July 20 on hand as well. We will work on restoring your inventory from that backup on all of your characters on the account
@John , Thank you for your update, I am willing to roll my inventory back as of July 23. Since the entire account was hacked, not only karmadon but including the other 2 characters in it, can their inventories get rolled back as well? ie: roll back the entire account. In addition, I lose like 900k of NX which is my most valuable asset, can that be refunded as well? Edit: I just found from my whatsapp conversation with my friend, implying that I found myself hacked on the 23rd July. May I know whether the backup you have as of 23rd July is before or after hacked? to be safe, can I just go for the inventory rollback as of 20 July?
But if you were hacked on the 21st, the 23rd backup won't help. Perhaps you meant rolled back to the backup from July 20?
I will be rolling back karmadon and Rylae to the backup as of July 20 as that was the two IGNs you provided when you first made the thread. In terms of NX, I will discuss this with the admins as I understand that is a lot of NX, but I do not feel comfortable saying yes so quickly to so much NX.
Okay, is it too late to provide the third ign within the account as well? The rollback will take place during a server check, am I right?

I have the third IGN and it will take place during a server check. Not likely the next one. It will take awhile for us to generate the queries and Kevin will need to create a script related to any cashshop items. Give me all of our IGNs. This should have been a separate thread and not hijacking @kisuza but it's also partially my fault for not noticing two people posting in one thread. Regarding the clean FS, if it is in the backup from July 20, you will have it. If it isn't in the backup, you will lose it, yes.
Since you have the third IGN, may I request to roll back that inventory as well? There are some worthy scrolls and mastery books in that account. iirc, i had a meteor shower 30 there which worths 170m today.

@John , I have a query. If the inventory alone is rollback, how about items that were equipped at the point of hacking? can we recover them?
Those will be rolled back as well. So what you are wearing on the characters now will be replaced with what you were wearing on July 20 before the hack took place.
I believe we will be recovering NX, that is to say you will get the NX added on top of what NX you have earned since the hacking.
@John , any updates on the progress of this exercise? I read that Ninja Castle is going to be released in October. I don't want to miss the "early bird advantage".
I was going to post in your thread but wasn't sure since I don't have that much news to share. My latest update from Kevin is that he has to work on several Cash Shop related issues, including the one that needs to be resolved before I can run the queries to give you your items back. However, the intent at present is for no new updates to be released until I am able to run those queries. So I will be pushing hard for ensuring that Ninja Castle is not released until I am able to get these hacked accounts fixed for everyone affected. Hope that's seen as good news
