Fixed Gachapon Bug: Unknown Error

Hey, I've come across the gachapon thread by Nineskies but the issue I'm facing is slightly different. I've tried gaching in 3 different towns (Shrine, NLC and Kerning) and each time i click on the NPC, it shows "unknown error, please try again", making me unable to gach at all. I have 35 tickets in my inventory and space in each of the different sections. Tried relogging but that doesn't help D:

 

I get this now and then but the second try it works again

 

I have the same problem and can't smega either.

 

I am having the same error! up this!

 

I'm having the same issue, it's been over a week.

 

Has anyone found a solution to this issue, my DK still has 38 Gacha tix and I cannot use any of them at any location.

 

Hey! I checked out another post and someone said that Karven is currently working on this bug & it'll be fixed in a few days !!!

 

Drop cake mount or put in cash shop (it will disappear)

It's only a suspicion but could this be related to getting an item that would be shown to the server like a chaos scroll, purple gaia cape , stonetooth sword, ...

I opened 200 gacha tickets at the start of the week and found 2 chaos and 2 purple gaia capes

I opened 100 more today and got the 'unknown error' 2 times. After 100 openings I didn't find any chaos or purple gaia cape at all.

It's suspicious....

 

I think I found the solution. My DK still, for some reason, had an expired Store Merchant in my inventory. After putting it in the Cash Shop inventory (where it disappeared afterwards) I was able to Gacha. Check your inventories.
