    Confirming. Gotten multiple Bracers from Sleepy prior to new source. Pretty sure they didnt change in New.

    sure can. however im not exactly sure how common they are. I think ive dumped about 200 tickets there over the years and only gotten a few which were all pretty under average. Good luck to you in finding one
