Why do you think you got banned?:i can't login my account yesterday. Someone got my account information and password and i don't know above. I thought my account should attacked by hacker.
Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
What GM banned you (optional): i don't know.u should ban hackers IP but unban my character.TYGM

We are quite sure it was you. And yeah, it's a hacker behavior because you're using a script to control your character.

 

i don't remember the last date of login.but i can make sure i do NOT do anything like hacker.it must be other people use a script and i don't know.i think lose my account info. for uncomplicated password.

 

someone like thief do the behavior illegally should be punished.Its unfair to me for ban my account,you should ban the IP of thief.

 

i don't know.i have not been played game several day until i login yesterday.i think the id and password are so simple that the account attracted by hackers.my password included double"t" and some numbers ,i guess it can not safeguard my account .as far as i am considered,i don't think it is a fair and reasonable solution to me because of my banned account .i hope GM will ban hackers' IP and unban my account.i will change my password as soon as possible
