I remember this myth from a while back. Someone at N3xon died while logged in at Perion, and her ghost magically went into the source code and embedded itself, Google will tell you the rest. Legend has it that N3xon fixed the "haunted code" after big bang. This rumor went viral and tons of people have made fake videos on YouTube. For starters, when you see the White Lady in your video and you "DC", the game fades out but her character does not. The video then has a fade out effect to mimic a typical DC, and the White Lady looks like a transparent .png image layered over it. Best part is, it's not even in the source code to begin with. I can't even begin to imagine the challenge from a coding aspect. I think it would be a great meme, like how Notch from MineCraft had Herobrine.
