Closed Red Whips

To complete the alchemist quest so you can scroll anything you want on your character.

I don't think I have anything over 17 speed, but I probably have 6-8 red whips right now.

Hello good sir I'm new in the game too started a few days ago, and never played the old maple, (only the reboot to lvl 206) , I searched a lil and found that I needed to do a quest for scrolling, right?
If possible I need one of the whips(I can buy them too if they are less than 5m e-e) , also do I need to do any other important quests?
