My pet is a pink bean, Her auto hp and auto mp pot does not work. Im sure that i have potion in the pet equip slot for hp and mp potions and when i go to options my hp and mp alert are like 60% but it still does not do the auto hp and auto mp. I also tried to relog and tried to unequip reequip the auto hp auto mp item.
Actually, a clean boot of your computer should do the trick. Simply restarting usually doesn't fix anything.
Happened to me 2-3 days ago my Auto HP / MP didn't work. All I did was restart my PC and it worked again.
