An admin will look into it. It might take some time as they have other things to do as well, so you just need to be patient.

Well the majority of the hacking either occured on 21st June, or the days following it, so if they were to roll you back then it would be before the 21st
The hacking was in 21 june date? And u see what have in the invintory ? I have all my items back? With 1b and the 150k nx? Everything?
That is for the admins to look into, but concerning your money, as far as I know if a rollback/refund were to occur money would not be affected.
I can roll your character back to a backup that was taken on July 20 likely before the hacking occurred. The restore will take place once Kevin our developer finishes some changes to the cash shop needed for the restore to work correctly. Please let me know if you would like the rollback to be made.

You will have to wait a little longer be patient (we are waiting few months already). Spamming ur thread wont help you .. To answer ur question yes ofc if u made new items or bought new things feel free to transfer them to different account. Quite positive they gonna refund nx as well but don't quote me on that.
